Office Visit

You're Booked for the Following Days

If you need to go into the office on a particular day, you will be required to advise People Operations at least 24 hours in advance and complete a quick survey prior to entering the office. This will help us monitor maximum capacity and ensure that the health and safety of you and others.

Please read the following guidelines carefully and ensure they are followed for the duration of you time onsite: It is a requirement that only critical activities are taken out onsite, any work that can be done from home should be done at home, meaning you spend as little time as possible in the office. If you have tested positive to COVID, been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID or you have COVID like symptoms, you are not able to go on site. Your personal work access card should be used upon entering the office and exiting the office, so we can account for the time you spent in the office. Use Hand sanitizer upon Entry (located downstairs on the front desk) and continue to use for the duration of your time in the office, they are located all around the office. There is signage around the building that is required to be followed, such as maximum capacities in meeting rooms

  • Air conditioning should be turned on to ensure sufficient airflow, more ventilation
  • Please ensure tissues are disposed of in a closed bin
  • Ensure you keep a safe distance, at least 1.5M away from any other team member
  • Please bring in your own water bottle and refrain from using the kitchen where possible, if you do use kitchen, please ensure you use hand sanitizer before using any kitchen items, kettle, tap, etc as well as after use.
  • Only access to the building during this time is via Abbotsford Street (where exec usually park cars).
  • If you are the last to enter the building and made there are more than 35 people at work, you will be required to leave as we will have met our capacity threshold
  • If you are the last to leave the building you are required to close/lock the office (switch lights off, etc) and arm the alarm – ?docx icon Lock Up Procedure

As mentioned above, you will be required to complete a survey prior to entering the building. This is required each day you enter the building for tracking and recording purposes.
